We have a small number of units available to let at affordable rents for key workers that work in the North London Sub Region (North London Sub Regions include the London Boroughs of Enfield, Barnet, Camden, Islington and Haringey).
Eligibility Criteria:
- You have a gross household income of no more than £71,000 per annum when eligible to rent a one or two bedroom home or no more than £85,000 per annum when eligible to rent a family sized home (three or more bedrooms).
- You are unable to purchase a suitable home to meet your housing needs on the open market.
- You do not already own a home or you will have sold your current home before you rent.

Intermediate & Market Rent
Christian Action has a small number of market rented accommodation available in Barnet and Watham Forest. These properties are available to qualified professionals to rent via our associated letting agencies as well as the Share to Buy website.
Properties are advertised by the agent, and the Share to Buy website, as they become available. Applications are assessed and references are required, together with one month’s rent in advance and one month’s rent held as a deposit. The deposit is held under the Tenants’ Guarantee Scheme and refunded at the end of the tenancy (subject to the rent account being clear with no re-chargeable damages to the property).
