Your Voice Matters at CAHA
Could you help us shape the future of our services? Residents play an important role in improving how CAHA works, by sharing lived experience, speaking up about what matters, and helping to influence the decisions we make.
When residents are involved, we make better decisions and improve services in ways that reflect what it is really like to live in our homes.

Resident involvement is already influencing how CAHA listens, plans, and delivers services.
You can help improve everyday services
Residents help us improve the day-to-day experience of living in our homes, including repairs, estate issues, and community safety.
It brings people together
Getting involved is also a chance to meet other residents, build relationships, and feel more connected to your community.
You develop skills and confidence
Many residents tell us they gain useful experience through involvement, including communication, teamwork, planning, and problem solving.
Different ways to take part
There are many ways to get involved, and you can choose what feels right for you.
Support is always available, and many opportunities include vouchers and expenses to recognise your contribution.
