We are pleased to launch our Strategic Plan 2026–2031, setting out our vision and priorities for the next five years.
The plan reflects what matters most to our residents, colleagues and partners, and provides a clear roadmap for delivering safe, high-quality homes and services while strengthening our communities.
The Strategic Plan will guide every aspect of our work from 2026 to 2031, helping us respond to changing needs while remaining true to our purpose of providing quality homes and making a positive difference to people's lives.
