Our three-year strategic plan

In developing our strategic objectives for the next three years we have focused on the internal and external operating environment; the seismic changes that are impacting our communities and the resources both people and money that frames our capacity.

Most importantly, we have engaged with our residents and listened to understand their priorities to ensure those are reflected in what we prioritise.

Our four strategic targets:

  • Improve the quality of core services
  • Achieve meaningful customer engagement at all levels
  • Develop and implement a sustainable growth strategy
  • Build a high performing and positive staff culture

Our Standards

  • We welcome all people and work with those who share our ambition to meet local housing and neighbourhood needs.
  • We strive to be a modern, listening, customer focused organisation.
  • We use our resources to provide the high quality services that our residents and stakeholders are entitled to.
  • We maintain our independence and financial strength in order to meet housing and other local needs.
  • We offer challenging and rewarding employment for our staff.
  • We work in partnership with the statutory, voluntary and private sectors to achieve efficiency and improve the communities in which our tenants live.
