You Said, We Did: Window Cleaning
You told us
Following a service charge consultation, it was identified that some of our tenants had questions around the frequency and standard of the window cleaning services.
What we did
We have completed an exercise across all 60 sites to dive deeper into the issues you raised towards the end of last year. We are really pleased that a majority of responses highlighted satisfaction with the current service and you were happy to keep the frequency as it stands.
You also asked us to have the opportunity to feedback on the work of the window cleaners so we could easily identify and improve any issues you have. Therefore, you will be issued with satisfaction surveys at least once a year. If you do have any questions regarding the service, please speak to your Independent Living Officer, Youth Coach or Housing Officer.
