Keeping notice boards up to date

Keeping notice boards up to date
At our Resident Involvement Group meeting on 5 November, residents were reviewing CAHA’s communication policy. During the discussion, one resident highlighted how important notice boards are in communal blocks, especially for people who rely on printed information rather than digital channels.
The resident explained that information on some notice boards was sometimes out of date. This reminded us that notice boards remain a vital way for some residents to stay informed and feel connected.
What we did
In response, we made a clear commitment to improve how notice boards are managed. We carried out a review of notice boards across all our sites and developed an action plan to ensure they are kept accurate, relevant, and up to date.
This work is part of our wider commitment to listen to residents, improve communication, and make sure information is accessible to everyone.
