Join Resident Voice Online
We're launching Resident Voice Online, a new way for residents to share feedback and help shape CAHA services.
Resident Voice Online gives you the opportunity to have your say on the things that matter to you, from repairs and estate services to policies, communications and new ideas for improvement.
Unlike traditional resident groups, there are no meetings to attend and no long-term commitments. Instead, you'll receive a short online activity approximately once every two months that you can complete in your own time.
Activities may include:
- Quick surveys
- Polls
- Traffic light exercises
- Ranking priorities
- Reviewing proposed changes
- Giving feedback on communications
Your feedback will help us better understand resident priorities and make informed decisions about future services and improvements.
Resident Voice Online works alongside our Resident Involvement Group (RIG), which carries out more detailed discussions and reviews. By taking part, you'll help ensure a wider range of resident voices are heard.
As a thank you for your time and feedback, residents who regularly participate throughout the year will receive a small voucher.
If you'd like to join Resident Voice Online, please email DanielLuscombe@christianaction.org.uk.
One quick online activity every two months. No meetings. No pressure. Just an easy way to have your say
