Investing in Customer Service Training For Our Staff
Recently a group of CAHA staff took part in Customer Service Excellence training delivered by Nuts and Bolts Training Ltd. The session formed part of our ongoing work to strengthen how we support residents and respond to enquiries.
The training focused on practical skills that help staff provide a respectful and responsive service. This included developing confidence in areas such as empathy, emotional intelligence, clear communication and managing challenging conversations in a constructive way.
Through realistic scenarios and discussion, staff explored how to listen carefully to residents, explain things clearly and make sure people feel supported when they contact us.
We know that residents’ experiences can vary and there is always more to improve. Investing in staff development is one of the ways we are working to strengthen the service residents receive when they interact with CAHA.
Thank you to everyone who took part and engaged in the session.
