How are we doing? Our latest performance report

Notes pinned onto a board depicting progress

At Christian Action Housing, we're committed to being open and transparent about our performance. We want residents to see what we're doing well, where we need to improve and what action we're taking to make our services better.

We've published our latest six-monthly performance report, covering April to September 2026.

The report shares our performance across key services, including repairs, home safety, customer service and resident involvement. It highlights improvements we've made, as well as areas where we still have work to do.

Shaped by residents

Our Resident Involvement Group helped decide which performance measures matter most to residents and should be reported publicly.

We've listened to that feedback and committed to publishing these results every six months, helping residents understand our performance and hold us to account.

We know there's always room to improve, and sharing our performance openly is an important part of building trust and delivering better services.
