Help Us Improve Repairs at CAHA

Have you ever reported a repair and felt communication could have been clearer?
Wondered why something took longer than expected?
Or had a really positive experience that you think should become the standard for everyone?

We’re inviting residents to take part in an interactive workshop on 17 June 2026, 6pm–8pm at Benedict House, to look at how our repairs service works and where it can be improved.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How repairs are reported and managed
  • Communication and updates during the process
  • Appointments, access and experiences with contractors
  • What a good repairs service looks like from a resident perspective
  • Ideas for improving the overall experience for residents

This is a genuine opportunity to influence how repairs services are delivered in the future. Your feedback will help shape future improvements and decisions.

There may also be further opportunities for residents who would like to be more involved in reviewing repairs services and helping shape future arrangements.

We’d welcome a range of experiences and viewpoints, whether your experience of repairs has been positive, frustrating, or somewhere in between.

Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
