Enfield Foyer Achieves Continued Accreditation Status
We are pleased to share that Enfield Foyer has maintained its Operationally and Strategically Secure accreditation status following its recent annual Youth Foyer Accreditation review.
The Foyer Federation is a national charity that works to ensure young people experiencing homelessness have access to safe accommodation and opportunities to maximise their potential. Through the creation and support of Foyers across the UK, the Federation champions high-quality practice, innovative youth development approaches, and a commitment to empowering young people to build brighter futures.
This outcome reflects the work delivered by the team and their strong commitment to supporting young people to develop and thrive. The annual review included an online assessment, along with submitted data and reflections from the Enfield Foyer team.
Speaking about what the accreditation means for Enfield Foyer and its young people, our Young People’s Services Operations Manager, Vanessa Garwood, said:
“The accreditation is important not only because it demonstrates the resilience and reliability of the service to our stakeholders, but also because it directly enhances the experience of the young people we work with. It means they can rely on a supportive environment where they are encouraged to grow in confidence, take positive steps towards independence, learn new skills, and access additional resources such as the Moving On-Up Fund. I want to thank all of our staff for their hard work and commitment.”
