An inspiring day at Young People’s Services with Tim Campbell

Tim Campbell with CAHA Staff

You're Hired.........

On 11 December, young people supported by our Young People’s Services took part in a powerful and uplifting motivational workshop led by Tim Campbell, winner of The Apprentice.

He shared honest reflections and practical advice from his own journey, offering insights into resilience, ambition, and believing in yourself. What stood out most was the level of engagement from our young people. The questions came thick and fast, thoughtful, curious, and full of ambition. It was genuinely encouraging to see how interested they were in Tim’s story and how confidently they engaged with him.

Tim spoke openly about growing up in East London and the challenges he faced along the way. Hearing how his determination and hard work led him to win The Apprentice in 2005, and later become a trusted advisor to Lord Alan Sugar, was both inspiring and uplifting. Many of the young people only realised later just how significant Tim’s achievements were, which made their natural curiosity and connection to his story even more meaningful.

Days like this show the real power of positive role models and meaningful conversations. It was a privilege to see our young people so engaged and inspired, and we look forward to building on this momentum and exploring future opportunities with Tim.

Thank you to the dedicated team at Andrew House for making this possible.
