A Home That Is Safe Survey
You Said
Through our TSM survey, some residents told us they were dissatisfied with how safe they felt in their home.
We wanted to understand more about what was behind these responses, so we carried out a follow-up survey. Some residents told us they would also like the opportunity to discuss their concerns directly with us.
We Did
We contacted every resident who asked to speak to us and discussed their concerns individually.
This gave residents the opportunity to explain their experiences in more detail, helped us better understand the issues they had raised and meant that individual concerns could be followed up appropriately.
The feedback from the follow-up survey has also helped us build a clearer picture of residents' experiences and will inform our ongoing work to understand and improve how safe residents feel in their homes.
