Christian Action Housing know that Christmas can be a busy and expensive time of year, with the costs of celebrations adding up. However, to protect the roof over your head and make sure you aren’t left out in the cold, you must keep paying your rent.

Before you start buying presents and planning parties, think carefully about how much you can spend and set yourself an affordable budget. Christmas can be an expensive time of the year, but it is important to stick to a budget and pay your priority bills. Rent is due in advance and there are no rent free weeks. If you are in rent arrears or not fully in advance you may have already set up an agreement plan with our Income Officers. If you haven’t already done so, you can speak to our staff by contacting us on 01992 765900. It is important that you make payments in line with your agreement plan to prevent a rent arrears recovery action being taken against you.

You can pay your rent by using one of the different payment methods, for further information, click on this link.
