The YPF Accommodation based service supports clients in the London Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey for up to 2 years.

Enfield YPF- The service has 39 shared bed spaces in houses across the borough. Clients have exclusive use of one room and share kitchen, bathroom and other facilities. Typical accommodation types range from 4 to 7 bed houses. Applicants should be aged 16-22 years at the point of referral and have a local connection to Enfield.

Haringey YPF - The service is part of the Haringey Pathway and has 25 shared bed spaces in houses across the borough. Clients have exclusive use of one room and share kitchen, bathroom and other communal facilities. Typical accommodation types range from 4 to 5 bed houses. Applicants should be aged 18-24 years.

As a Supported Housing provider, we require clients to engage in the support planning process which will enable them to acquire the skills needed to live independently. We also require clients to engage in some form of education, employment or training and have a specialist EET coordinator to support our clients with this. All applications are assessed against the services eligibility criteria, which includes need and risk assessments. This service is able to support clients who have been assessed as having low support needs.

Our referral agencies include: London Borough of Enfield departments such as Youth Offending Service, Housing & the Leaving Care Team; and other voluntary agencies within the borough of Enfield. All referrals for our properties in Haringey are received from the Councils Vulnerable Adults Team who are based at Apex House.

Whilst we do not provide move on accommodation, we will support young people to access appropriate move –on accommodation through private rented or other rent deposit housing schemes.
