Staff meet regularly with their manager to discuss performance and objectives. There is also an annual appraisal process.

Christian Action Housing, a Best Companies winner
We are a small friendly team at Christian Action Housing, and an ambitious one. We wanted to make sure that our Association is a great place to work, a flexible, fair employer and inclusive and welcoming for all our team members.
We decided to take part in the Best Companies Survey for 2020/2021. A leader in workplace engagement, the Best Companies listing has been running for 20 years and highlights organisations who are working hard to engage and motivate their employees. We wanted to hear from our team about where our strengths lay, and what we could do better.
Our survey closed in March 21 and we were grateful that 78% of our staff took part in the survey and gave us their frank and unvarnished views. As an added benefit we agreed that the Association would donate £10 per survey completed and were delighted to be able to send £790 to the Enfield Nightingale Cancer Support Charity. As a local Association, we really wanted a local charity to support and were touched to be able to make a difference to the great work they do within our local community.

Our team told us they feel a strong sense of family here at CAHA, and are committed and proud to work for the Association.
