How to make a complaint, comment or compliment
Our staff work closely with residents or service users to provide high levels of service. However, there may be occasions when our customers may not be satisfied with the service that they have received. We accept that things may go wrong from time to time. When this happens, it is important that tenants and service users know that it is possible to raise a concern or complaint and for the matter to be resolved. We are keen to listen to our customers’ views so that we can learn from any mistakes and through this process, improve our performance and service delivery.
