On the 25th May 2018 the UK will see changes to data privacy laws when the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) begins.

GDPR strengthens individual (data subject) rights, places a greater emphasis on accountability by organisations controlling and processing data, and introduces stricter penalties for companies that fail to meet their data protection obligations.

At Christian Action we are committed to being transparent about how we collect and use personal information, and we take our data protection obligations seriously. We won’t be changing the ways we use your personal information, but we have new privacy notices, so you can see exactly how we use and protect your information.

The best way of being able to see and update your personal information is by using the tenant portal. Accessed through our website, the portal provides easy access to a number of services including the ability to update your personal information. As a tenant / resident you are automatically registered to the tenant portal, however if you have lost/forgotten your username or password please contact us.

If you have any questions relating to data protection or how we process personal information you can contact us by email or writing to:

The Data Protection Officer - Christian Action Housing, Benedict House, 61 Island Centre Way, Enfield, EN3 6GS
