Help reporting a repair
As soon as you move in, if you spot something that is not working PLEASE REPORT IT TO STAFF.
Each service carries out Health and Safety checks in your accommodation. These are normally completed on the same day each week. Staff will look for any repairs that need to be logged and report it to the relevant department. Each repair will be looked at and dealt with accordingly.
For young people living in dispersed housing (not staffed) you will have a number displayed for emergency repairs. You can also report a repair using your Christian Action Housing tenant portal account.
