The majority of our stock is managed by the Customer Services Team who provides advice and assistance with any tenancy management issues, including income collection and rent arrears management for families, couples and single people. The team consists of four Customer Service Managers who have ‘patches’ of approximately 350 tenancies in defined geographical areas. We have a Customer Service Assistant and a Team Assistant who support the Customer Services Managers, a Team Leader and Head of Department.
