Staff visits and compliancy checks

Our resident’s safety is our number one priority, so we are proceeding as follows:

  • All face-to-face meetings will be done over the phone

  • Estate inspections - These will focus on health and safety issues

  • Estate cleaning and gardening -  we will be operating a reduced service focusing on communal facilities for our most vulnerable tenants and largest sites

  • Fire alarm tests - These will continue whenever possible

  • Gas servicing – routine gas servicing is continuing, please provide access to our contractor. We expect gas related emergencies still to be covered.

  • Retirement schemes daily checks – Scheme managers will call all residents on a daily basis

  • Young People’s Services - Reception offices will remain open. Youth coaches will keep in touch by phone, email or social media.

Staff will follow the guidelines and precautions set out by the government and NHS.

Please refrain from coming out to speak to staff during their visits and instead call the office or e-mail if you have any issues to raise.

If there are any known or suspected cases of COVID 19, you should notify us as soon as possible.
