Full repair service is continuing
We’re pleased to let you know that we are continuing to provide a full repairs service through our contractor.
Our contractors are continuing to provide a full repairs service. We are not expecting any delays to the service however, some building materials may be in short supply so it is possible that you may have a longer wait for your repair appointment. We are working with our contractor’s on making any delays as short as possible for you.

During the lockdown period, our top priority will continue to be resident, contractor and colleague safety. Thank you for your support and understanding.
Covid-19 and your safety
We understand you may still have concerns about Covid-19. We’d like to reassure you that we and our contractor’s take this very seriously and their operatives will be equipped with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This may include masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes and gels, but will vary depending on the nature of the work.
The operatives will keep a social distance if working in your home and we’d ask that you do the same. We may stop repair work if social distancing is not maintained.
Keeping us informed
Please let us know if our contractors are due to visit your home and a member of your household develops Covid-19 symptoms.
These include: a high temperature, a continuous cough, and a loss of taste or smell. Work will be delayed until your period of self-isolation has ended. This is vital for the safety of our contractors staff and to stop the spread of Covid-19.
