Provides quality supported accommodation for young people in housing need aged 16-24 (no older than 23 at point of referral) living in the borough of Enfield.
Andrew House has 5 flats and each flats has 3 bedrooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
All applications are assessed against the service eligibility criteria, which includes needs and risk assessments. Andrew House works with young people that have been assessed as having low support needs, which means that the young people have some level of independent skills and need the support to develop their independence as well as move on with their training, education or career.
We offer each young person the support they need to develop the skills so that they can maintain their own tenancy, improve life skills (for example, social skills) and manage mental and physical well-being.
To ensure individuals receive the appropriate support they need, where required we will sign post young people for a mental health assessment, refer to drug and alcohol agencies/counseling services, or any other service that supports the young person to maintain their independence in order to achieve their goals and aspirations in life.
