Our Repair Responsibilities

Asset with Hovair in Electrical cupboard According to the terms of your tenancy, there are a number of repairs that we are responsible for. By law, we have to keep in good repair:

  • The building and external parts of your home (e.g. roofs, gutters, doors, drains and fences)
  • Shared areas such as hallways, stairs and lifts
  • Installations such as heating and hot water systems and the plumbing
  • Electrical Wiring
  • Internal fixtures and fittings that we have supplied such as kitchen units, baths, showers, wash hand basins and sinks
