Christian Action believes that the views and experiences of our tenants are essential in helping us to provide high quality services that meet the needs of our tenants and the communities that they live in.
Becoming involved with Christian Action will help you to gain a better understanding of how the Association works and you will be able to contribute to how the Association is run, influence housing conditions, improve neighbourhoods and generally improve the Association's standard of service delivery to our tenants, other customers and stakeholders.
Our Local Offer is putting our tenants at the heart of things we do and the Association is committed to improving services to its customers. We offer a range of different ways in which residents can have a say in how our services are delivered and how they can be improved.
Getting involved can be rewarding in many ways - you can meet new people and learn new skills, as well as influence how your services are provided.
Read our 2009 to 2010 Tenants Report which provides information on our performance against the six standards set out in the Tenant Services Authority's regulatory framework here.
Click here to read a special supplement of our 'Talking Points' newsletter which contains detailed results from our satisfaction survey and shares our ideas for implementing the new regulatory code, which has been published by the Tenant Services Authority.
If you are interested in helping us improve our services, please contact a member of the Housing team to discuss this further.
Ways in which you can get involved include:
Complete the surveys and questionnaires that we send you periodically.
Write to us by post or email with your comments and suggestions.
Form a tenants or residents association

We pay expenses for taking part in some of the consultation, such as travel and childcare cost for attending meetings. We often run prize draws for tenants who answer questionnaires.
Remember to tell us what you do like or what you would not want changed. We promise to listen to your views and feedback to you on any decisions made.
