Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract between you and us and sets out your responsibilities as tenant and ours as landlord. We offer a variety of tenancies including Secure, Assured and Assured Shorthold agreements, dependent on the type of accommodation that is being rented.
The following pages are provided to highlight some of the key responsibilities and rights that you have as a tenant of Christian Action. You will also be able to download a sample copy of the type of tenancy agreement that you hold.
