Can I Pass On My Tenancy To Someone Else?

You are not normally allowed to pass on or assign your tenancy to someone else. However there are some circumstances when this can happen.

  • When a court orders us to pass on the tenancy as part of divorce or separation proceedings.
  • When we agree to you carrying out a mutual exchange with a tenant of another landlord.
