Transfer Options For Existing Christian Action Tenants
Many of our tenants will at some time want to move to different accommodation. It will be necessary for tenants who require a transfer to complete an application form and for the application to be assessed in line with the Association's letting policy. Successful applications are allocated priority points and are then placed on the Association' waiting list. Tenants who have rent arrears or who have committed other tenancy breaches, such as anti social behaviour, will not generally be placed on the Association's waiting list. There may also be other reasons for refusal dependant upon your circumstances.
