If you are a keyworker or public sector worker, you may be eligible for accommodation that is available with a rent that is set at a level between social housing rents and private sector rents (intermediate rent). The Association has some one and two bedroom properties available at intermediate rent. We have few vacancies each year but please do contact us to discuss whether you would be eligible for any vacancies that may arise. We maintain our own waiting list for this.
