Deborah Tempest House provides 14 units of shared accommodation with 2 & 3 bed flats. Clients have exclusive use of one room and share kitchen, bathroom and other facilities. Applicants should be aged 16-24 years old and have a local connection to the London Borough of Enfield. As a Supported Housing provider, we require clients to engage in the support planning process which will enable them to acquire the skills needed to live independently. All applications are assessed against the services eligibility criteria, which includes need and risk assessments. This service is able to support clients who have been assessed as having medium to high support needs.
Our referral agencies include: Two E Advice & Information Service; Lifeline; Capel Manor College; London Borough of Enfield departments such as Youth Offending Service, Access To Resources Team (ART); Housing & the Leaving Care Team; Connexions and other voluntary agencies within the borough of Enfield.
