Emma Jones - Director of Property Services

Emma is the Property Services Director and is the Association’s Health & Safety Officer. 

The Property Services Department includes the Development Team who are currently working with consultants and contractors to provide new homes for general needs, supported and retirement housing tenants as well as our Young People First project as well as managing our Temporary Social Housing programme which provides temporary accommodation through leasing from landlords in the private sector.

Our Asset Management Team manage the annual planned and cyclical maintenance programmes as well as providing adaptations to suit residents’ specific needs, and they also maintain service installation contracts such as lifts, entry-phones, fire alarms and other services.

Our Responsive Repairs Team manage the day- to-day repairs service, the voids management service and gas servicing contracts with our term contractors.

Chris Wilkins - Head of Asset Management

Chris as Head of Asset Management  is responsible for the implementation of the Association’s property maintenance strategy and ensuring that the Association’s stock improvement programme is effectively and cost effectively managed and maintained to a high standard.

Maria Walker -Property Repairs Manager

Maria is the Property Repairs Manager and manages the direction & co-ordination of the Property Services Maintenance section on a day to day basis to ensure that the repairs delivery objectives are effectively carried out to our residents.

Maria also manages the voids process bringing properties up a re-lettable standard within budget and time and gas servicing.

Terry King - Property Surveyor

Terry is the surveyor responsible for inspecting and drawing up specifications for properties that may require complex repair works.

Terry monitors the standard of work of our responsive repairs maintenance contractors and is responsible for ensuring that our vacant properties are made ready for re-letting. Terry also has responsibility for in-house energy performance certification.

Marjan Shohani - Property Surveyor

Marjan is responsible for surveying our properties and for arranging specifications and contracts for the cyclical and planned maintenance works programme.

Marjan also has shared responsibility for communal and health and safety works.

Robert Vaughan - Property Surveyor

Robert is responsible for surveying our properties and for arranging specifications and contracts for the cyclical and planned maintenance works programme.

Robert also oversees aids and adaptations works and has shared responsibility for communal and health and safety works

William Knight -Trainee Property Surveyor

Jo O'Brien - Property Services Administrator

As a member of the Responsive Repairs Team, Jo is responsible for receiving day-to-day repairs calls from tenants, and liaises with the Association’s surveyors, our external maintenance contractors, and internal departments, to ensure that an effective and responsive repairs service is provided, in accordance with the Association’s service delivery procedures and objectives and legal obligations.

Jo also has specific responsibility for invoicing of large scale contracts.

Stella Wilson - Property Services Administrator

As a member of the Responsive Repairs Team, Stella is responsible for receiving day-to-day repairs calls from tenants, and liaises with the Association’s surveyors, our external maintenance contractors, and internal departments, to ensure that an effective and responsive repairs service is provided, in accordance with the Association’s service delivery procedures and objectives and legal obligations.

Stella also has specific responsibility for invoicing and gas safety servicing.

Ron Burdell - Property Services Administrator

As a member of the Responsive Repairs Team, Ron is responsible for receiving day-to-day repairs calls from tenants, and liaises with the Association’s surveyors, our external maintenance contractors, and internal departments, to ensure that an effective and responsive repairs service is provided, in accordance with the Association’s service delivery procedures and objectives and legal obligations.

Ron also has specific responsibility for invoicing of specialist contracts.

Loreen Gordon - Part-time Property Services Administrator

As a member of the Responsive Repairs Team, Loreen is responsible for receiving day-to-day repairs calls from tenants, and liaises with the Association’s surveyors, our external maintenance contractors, and internal departments, to ensure that an effective and responsive repairs service is provided, in accordance with the Association’s service delivery procedures and objectives and legal obligations.

Loreen also has specific responsibility for arranging post inspections of repair works and customer satisfaction surveys.
