During office hours (8.00 to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday) your calls will be answered at our Head Office. Out of hours (evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays), this service is provided by Christian Action's maintenance contractor.
The Association has classified a range of repairs as emergency and urgent.
